I don't recognize this city at all. I also wasn't aware of the monster problem, or that blastia could be used as barriers, but I do know that blastia are fairly rare; I made a good deal of money selling them. I believe the ones I was selling were primarily to be used as weaponry, but I don't remember details of that.
